Headteacher's Welcome

I am delighted to write to you as the official Headteacher of Gunthorpe Primary School.

It is a great privilege and honour to lead this wonderful school, and I am incredibly proud to take on this role. I am excited about the journey ahead as we continue to work together for the benefit of all our children.

My vision for our school is simple but important – I want every child to feel that they belong at Gunthorpe Primary School. Every child deserves to feel valued, supported and included as part of our school community.

We will continue to make sure that every child is safe and happy at school. Your child's wellbeing and safety will always be at the heart of everything we do, and I am committed to creating an environment where every child can thrive both academically and personally.

Ensuring that our young children have the very best start is a key priority. These early years are so important in shaping a child's love of learning, and we will continue to provide a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child can develop and flourish.

I am fortunate to work alongside a wonderful team of committed and dedicated staff who share this vision. Their passion for teaching and care for every child is what makes Gunthorpe Primary School such a special place, and together we will continue to provide the highest quality education for your children.
