PTFA
The PTFA is a small group of parents who help to enrich school life by organising special events and raising funds to support the activites for which there is no general funding in the school budget.
The events regularly organised by the PTFA include the Disco's at Christmas and the end of the school year, the Christmas Fayre, Pantomime, Easter Bingo and Summer Fayre. These events have raised money to buy extra equipment for the children to use, contribute to the cost of new playground equipment, provide the Gunthorpe's Got Talent Trophy, pay for the pantomime and many other things.

New members are always welcome to join the PTFA to help with the existing activities and bring new ideas. The group hold meetings in the Staffroom on several occasions throughout the school year, letters giving dates and times will be sent home. If you cannot attend every meeting your support is still needed and appreciated so please look out for the letters giving details of the meetings and join in whenever possible.
Please help us to keep the PTFA active in school and give your children chance to enjoy all these events that make the school year fun !
